Shipping & Delivery Details
We provide tracking for all shipments. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number confirmation.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM GMT, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. If this is the case, we kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact hello@syncbeauty.com.
Once an order has been placed and processed by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or modified. Sync Beauty is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the shipping address provided by the customer.
UK:
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40.
